don't worry the pumps will start, it is possible that we see the same pumps as we see every year during summer time when kids are free of school and start filling the market like herds of sheep following the pumpers and pouring their little money in their pockets
After quite intensive change in Feb prices, we can watch just calm actions now without huge volume. Could we expect the new rise,as in the end of 2017, in April?
