The final price in USD (discounted by 10%) plus shipping fees, will be converted to BTC at the bid price on Mtgox, at the time the payment is being made.
Item price (not including shipping) will be discounted by 10% for all purchases in BTC.
To save you the time of looking, I got 2 categories of stuff:
1. Audio/video/videoconferencing equipment and accessories
2. Military surplus clothing and field gear
