Come sad with this incident. This could have an adverse impact on the LTC market.
Be careful ...

Well Cryptopia disabled all of LTC market so we'll see.

However to be fair on Cryptopia, ALL crypto customer service is bad, for instance it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from Coinbase or Bittrex about the tickets I filed with them.
So basically, every single crypto website has bad/terrible customer service that ignores you like some butthole ghosting you on facebook.

Yeah the history of my transaction trade of these coins is completely gone.

And I contacted customer service a week ago and they still haven't responded.

When I get the time I'm going to try and transfer the majority of my coins off of their website. If Dentacoin ever goes to 1 dollar and I don't get them back by then I am going to file a class action lawsuit against them.

It is really very sad that stories like that happen so often for the last time. You should better ask the support to help you, of course, but to my mind it will be in vain. Especially after your words that you do not see these coins in your history of transactions. But may be it will help  you somehow.  Huh The only thing that you can do is to try and only hope for the good result.

Cryptopia is garbage I tried depositing music coin twice now and both times nothing showed up days later. I can seem my transactions on the block chain going into the wallet address they provide me and then 2 days later it gets transferred to another wallet address, all the time never showing up on their site as a balance. Screw those thieves, which is what they are. I put in 2 support tickets going on 2 days now and no answer from them. F%$k their exchange, there are far better out there and none worse

They went to the following without my consent from the wallet address they gave me so never appearing in that wallet in the account I made. Look at the music coins they have there. This is the second transaction. I sent a smaller amount this time to see if it would happen again.

Contact cryptopia or submit a ticket of your concern. Like what some members here said that is not safe to store tokens on exchanges, only put your tokens on exchanges if you decided to sell them.

Perhaps your account was hacked and coins stolen. You need to urgently contact tech support with a new ticket and talk about the situation. Maybe they will help you. But chances are very low.

Hacked in what way? I am trying to figure out why a hacker would steal all of my Dentacoin, but leave all of my other coins intact and untouched.

I checked my withdrawal history, and the Dentacoin was never withdrawn, so I couldn't have been hacked.

So, I checked my Trade history, it says the Trade history of my other coins, but according to the Trade History it says I never purchased any Dentacoin...very strange...
After you purchased Dentacoins,it doesn't appear on your trade history? Then it would really be strange since they can anytime deny that you really haven't purchased one.If you are really sure that you purchased, show some proofs regarding on that transaction. This is why I don't really leave coins for long into exchange because these kind of scenarios do really happen. The best thing to do now is to contact them regarding on your issue and have crossfingers that they wont really deny such thing.

I still have my dentacoins but the withdrawal fee is ridiculous.  14900 ?  Equal to $23 as of a few hours ago.

I was going to take them and dump them in mercatox  and saw their fee to withdraw.   1 dentacoin.

Uh.....that is straight up extortion.  Close all the markets to change your coins out (LTC/DOGE closed and DCN is not listed on BTC) and then charge an almost 15000 coin fee to withdraw?!?

With business ethics like that, Cryptopia won't be getting repeat customers.  I've cashed out everything else on cryptopia back to BTC or LTC and pulled it out.

I think I'm going to pay the fee.  Back when I bought it before the pump the fee is more than I invested in the actual coin,  now its about 10% of what I have.  So pay $20  for $230.....  Ugh.

All that to say, is if I were you, I'd transfer everything out onto a more reputable exchange.  And then start contacting support for your Dentacoins.

Did you download your transactions to anything?  which would show the order?

A few months ago I purchased DENTA coin from cryptopia, 50,000 Dentacoins. A month ago I checked it, it gave me a notice that one of the marketplaces of Denta was going to close, but that the BTC marketplace of Denta would still be open. I check it today, all 50,000 of my Dentacoins are gone. And the Btc market is closed, but the LTC market is still open. If the LTC Dentacoin marketplace is still open, why are all of my Dentacoins deleted? Last month I tried to withdraw my dentacoins, but Cryptopia wanted to charge me a fee of 14,700 Dentacoins, which is 33% of all my Dentacoins, so I just decided to say hey, I'll leave it in it, the BTC market of Dentacoin will still be up and my dentacoins will be fine. But now, when I check it a few weeks later, they are all gone, like Zero.

Should I contact the admin of Cryptopia, or just wait a few days for my Dentacoins to reappear? What is going on?
