try to increase memory cklock in Afterburner

I'm new to this. I studies for a long time to get everything right and I'm running into a wall. I'm sure whatever i'm missing is something staring me in the face, but here it goes..

I am using claymore. I have the 15.xx version of my GPU driver installed. Here is what pops up in my miner, I cant figure it out.

If i leave it running, it will just keep rejecting shares.. What do I do here?
