I can't say I've ever had that problem. a lot of the giveaways have some limits that tend not to get noticed

The only things that have worked so far for me have been the faucets, um, I mean waterbowls!
However, the response to this "joke" coin has been pretty amazing, it's possible that they are still going through posts to pay folks.
The subreddit seems to be a good source of information on the faucets. http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin
Unfortunately many of them seem to be dry.
