Sorry, but none of these things really matter here. Using Paypal with most people, especially a newb, is essentially just blindly trusting them not to scam you. You're really not going to get any sales here. There's some sellers on localbitcoins and ebay who accept PP, but be prepared to pay a hefty premium.

except you send first and waiting 3-5 days to verification about your payment is SAFE, there is not reversed and chargeback.
