During past couple months we can see the increase interest in NEX ICO (NEONExchange) and today they have released the information about there Token Sale.
Below are the key points to understand there TGE:
1. NEX ICO will complete in 2 rounds with individual cap as:
a. Round 1: $1000
b. Round 2: $9000
2. Token Sale will held over Lottery system
In the first round, NEX will conduct lotteries among all registered users to select participants for the token sale. The first lottery will select up to 25k participants to contribute up to $1,000 each. A second lottery will select participants from the remaining users to fill any gaps left by participants who failed to register or wished to contribute under the maximum individual limit.
Date of registration for the token sale lotteries is March 12th - March 30th
3. Only 25000 accounts will be selected from the lottery from registered accounts and the list is be published on NEX website on March 31st
4. KYC starts for these 25000 accounts Date: March 31st - April 7th
5. KYC starts for Round 2 lottery winners Date: April 8th - April 14th
6. Only if there are any unsold tokens left after Round 1 Token Sale Event, Round 2 Token Sale will commence.
Looking over the points above, I think participating in NEX Token Sale is going to be the toughest one, specially if you are not selected in Round 1.

How many people were able to get into their list, I don't understand why the team opt for lottery since it is not a lottery ICO, an decentralised exchange for that matter. Another concern I have for the project now is that the ICO list on NEO platform is drying up and will surely affect the the platform
The chance to win is small and may not even win.

I don't anticipate this ICO going past Round 1, or if it doesn then round 2 will be for such a negligible amount that will get taken up instantly. Looking forward to this ICO & really hope I can be one of the lucky 25k, but knowing my luck I won't be
