Hi everyone! This is my first post. I would go find a topic related to the subject matter and talk there, but since it's my first post I decided to share my troubles with you folks in the newbie section.

So I bought something on ebay with All4BTC, and there was some mess up with the order. I'm friends with a guy working for the ebay account that I'm buying from, and they said they saw an order but then it disappeared. I should have my product by now, but nothing yet. The order page still says the order is being processed. I emailed support several days ago and still no response.

I know that All4BTC isn't a scam because I bought something else on there and got it in a timely manner. But it's frustrating that support is unreliable. Anyone else have this issue? I feel like I should be compensated for the insane wait. If I knew this would happen I would have found a different way to buy what I'm buying. I like supporting Bitcoin businesses but All4BTC should step up their game a bit.
