When I withdrew part of monacoin , they locked the account.
I do not violate the Terms.
I tried to contact,but it does not return contact at all from allcoin.com.
My coins remain in the account of allcoin.com.

It is not returned contact even send mail.
There are many people that account has been locked in Japanese.
