Is someone trying to build the perfect scamcoin here? Huh

Not sure if the above comment is directed at me or not ..  Huh

I'm merely sharing criteria that I look for when considering an alt coin investment ..
Are there scams out there ?? Of course there are ..
I do my best to try to avoid them ..

They still haven't made the perfect scam.

Gen 2.0 platforms are built for elaborate scams...
All of the elite scammers are building and interlinking NXT assets as we speak...
Massive logs of shit will be hitting gigantic fans all winter.

Imagine saying to yourself 5 years ago...
"I will invest $10,000 with an anonymous person on the internet through a Chinese web site".

As for the OP...
I would say if no full-time name Devs... avoid, avoid, avoid...
It's got to be a 3rd or 4th coin for a full-time team...
Known people that show up at conferences, give interviews, etc

Or if the Dev says,
"I'm a genius engineer, but don't know much about marketing..."
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Or if the Dev says,
"I don't care about the coin price... thinking of my investors is beneath me"...
"Supporting my coin price like a responsible CEO is akin to Pump n' Dump"...
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID x 1,000,000.

No doubt that scammers will continue to scam ..
We all take that risk with any coin ..

I like the exchange sponsored ICO/IPO as a mechanism for funding coin development and
providing a market for the coin that doesn't require that I download a wallet of dubious origin ..

Desired attributes of an investable Alt-Coin

1) Must have a dev team  .. 3 is good .. more is better ..
2) Must have a 'fair' initial distribution .. prefer exchange sponsored ICO ..
3) Must be adequately funded .. prefer exchange sponsored ICO ..
4) Must have an income component .. POS .. fees .. income generating project(s)
5) Must have a development calendar/timeline

Rationale for above selection criteria

1) Too many one man dev scams, pump and dumps, abandoned coins  etc etc
2) Exchange sponsored ICO is fairest distribution method
3) Exchange sponsored ICO is safest fund raising method
4) Income component necessary to provide price support to coin post ICO
5) Too many coins with vague or non existant development plans

I haven't identified a coin that checks all the boxes
Here are a couple that are close ..

FIBRE
