That is good move you have done. I see good bump in the steller today and price changed in the market around 11 percent growth. Almost all the crypto currencies seems positive face today. If you are fine invest on multiple altcoins you can do that well to get the profit more.

Check about ADA and IOTA as well. They also wins the market from the past two, three months. If there a buying is more in the market that coin rate will increase more in the market. Please be careful to read to complete price history of the coin.

I would go for etc as they have a hard forl in march so you will get 1:1 coin and there will be pump before the fork for sure.Also etc in the history ussualy had 10:1 ratio compared to eth same like ltc had 0,02 price compared to btc so its not imposible to see etc over 100$ soon

If you are looking for big returns go for an ICO, that's often where you'll get the most successful coins at their cheapest and if you pick well you could see 100x return or maybe more. I would look no further than the one in my signature.

$100 is a small amount . so I suggest you invest in low-value coin. if you choose correctly. the amount you can earn up to $ 500 even more. the need to do is choose the potential altcoin and hold it. My opinion, you may choose xvg, ada, rdd
How about Espers (ESP)? No product currently but despite that, this coin gets positive traction. The idea of Espers is to host websites and services on blockchain. The project and team seems solid. Personally I expect x5, maybe x10 till the end of year if the product will work well.

Just an advice, invest in tiny altcoins instead of buying the expensive ones (and those who have huge marketcap) because you have more chances to make a x2 - x3.

I think that Dragonchain(DRGN) is a pretty safe bet for increasing your 100$ during 2018. Its around 3$ as I'm writing this. It is a platform with some new projects on it during 2018. A good, cheap and safe coin in my opinion. But as always do your own research 
With such amount, I would suggest finding some coin that is out of top 100 on coinmarketcap and maybe even under 1M market cap, some new and promising with a good team and interesting idea and invest your money in it. It can give you like x50 in half-year if you will choose right. I doubt that any coin from top 50 can give you same profit.

With everything that is going on with bitcoin i can understand why most people turn to altcoins. I would always say that if bitcoin fail, Ethereum will become new king of crypto, so you can invest in it.

Actually there's so many Altcoin that you can hold for a long term because they have posible to gain you more profit from it. However, it's depend on your strategy how you can handle it. But anyways, if i have altcoin that i want to hold for a long term, i choose Eth because everyone know that kind of Alt is good for long term, that's why i want to hold it and XRP also.

A hundred dollar is not that much, your thoughts are either to double your money or even more? If you to mainstream it will take you sometime but if you invest in new alts diversely well I guess you could get want you want but it will be very risky and your money could be lost forever. Sumokoin and sonm would be good alts to hold because privacy coins can rise a lot you can make a lot of money even with only $100. Considering golem, sonm can also give you lots of profit

There are alot of good/promising altcoins out there in the crypto market, and this depends on what type of investment you want to go into. For long term, I will say ETH, LTC XRP, LSK etc, or for a short term run, I will say BTC, IOTA.

Invest that $100 in oax coin, I believe you can make $1000 in summer or earlier. This is really good project but it is not known much as it is not hyped.
Recently $100 sound like a small investment when compared to when someone like me started because the market has not grown this much, just look at the CMC.com for project will marketcap less than $50 million that has huge potential for growth

Am, some of the altcoins are probably late to join, but you never now and its best if you buy and sell, not just hold and grow your profit. They always go in waves.
