Remember the saying and advice of savvy investors? Do not put all your eggs in one basket; its better to do diversification, but be sure that you are diversifying on coins with potential. If you are going to take a risk, it should be in a lower percentage of your portfolio so your basket will not be burned. Your portfolio should focus on diversification of coins with good potential.

Perhaps we do have individual preferences but IMO, when it has to do with altcoins diversification is what comes to mind because it's even more safer to risk in a several range of coins than focus on one.

If one coin doesn't perform as expected, least you invested in several other coins out of 10 one must at least do well and in this yiu would be able to recover all thay was lost in other coins didn't do as expected but at the same time if all do well the potential profit that could be realised is far different from what one would have if they only focused on coin.
