I am looking for a safe (not scammy) exchange wich doesn't have a personal verification

Always stick for most reputable ones like bittrex,poloniex and lots to mention but expect you wont really able to avoid KYC verifications since these are common implementations or requirements being imposed by them because they are following regulations to avoid such things like money laundering and other illegal aspect when it comes to big transactions but somehow you dont need to worry too much because you can actually make withdrawals without the need of verification but only do have daily small limits. I am looking for a safe (not scammy) exchange wich doesn't have a personal verification
