I have made the same mistake, when the market will recover a bit, i'll do the same !

alt that I hold it all in the top 20, but btc remains my favorite and most allocated than any other alt.

I have too many altcoins in my portfolio now. I realized that I made a mistake in such diversification. When the market recovers I will select a maximum of 5 coins and transfer all the funds to them.

so this is a good idea. I also think so, but there are occasions when popular Altcoins lose their potential and they are replaced by new, more developed and better coins. therefore, despite the presence in the portfolio of giant coins, you also need to follow the new coins.

There's so many altcoins that have great potential to growth huge and I prefer to buy in a lot of altcoins and hold it, like Ethereum, Litecoin, Neo, Ripple.

I personnaly am a long time holder and kind of bitcoin sceptic... however I hold 4% bitcoin of my portfolio. ( I've made some transactions in 2014 with some bitcoin like buying some shit on silkyroad.. and regret it all !!!) so, this make me nostalgic.  .

Anyways these are a few alt I've made a bet on :

-ETH of course, no comment
-ETC Why the fuck not ?
-XMR => when the regulators will take cryptocurrency a bit seriously then now, these kind of alt will shine ( IMO)
-LTC => I strongly believe this is a huge project and a lot of store will accept this coin ( faster than a motherfucker)
-LCC => just a forked shit but it was free..
-Coss => This is one of my favorite . I was stuck between COSS and Kucoin but coss take advantage ( early buy in this bitch so still in a great profit).
-XRP => My first altcoin, strongly believe that it will take a great value but for a limited time.
-XLM => I believe this is a great project so why not ?
-ETN => One of the greatest Idea to help the poor. I don't think the team is strong enough to face the competition but whatever, 15 bucks on it will not kill me...
-BAT => This is the web marketing revolution. Great project, great team, very good communty. Nothing to say.
-GNT => I've Always been interested in technology and gaming, so this is a great combinaison.
-Strat => Was very excited about this a the beginning but i'm planning to sell them... Team is too damn slow and never release great news altough this is a very great Idea/project.
-RDD => Hasardous pick at first, but seems to have a great community and the team is working their ass to get something great, so just for the effort of the team.
-Voise =>  Fresh alt that can possibly surpass spotify or any platform music ( will take time but i'm sure they will do it)
-DGB => See it as the future of micro payement
-SAT => because I didn't get any crypto related with social media directly so why not. ( it was free with the giveaway so it's all profit).

All of these were bought at the end of september and early october.

I'm planning to get some Cardano too this day and maybe some TRX or TELcoin next month.

I'm sorry for my bad english and don't forget to roast me If I've made some lame ass choice, i'm kind of cool with criticism so feel free to contribute !

I'm holding many altcoins like XEM, XRP, ETH, LTC and also VIB or Viberate tokens. I just recently bought VIB tokens because I think it will have a good future in the long term that is why I am holding some of it. Altcoins will not have a chance against bitcoin, Bitcoin is still number one and profitable to hodl on And well if we are talking about Altcoin here then Ethereum will still be the number one Altcoin to be profitable to hodl on too, And my portfolio list consist of Bitcoin, Altcoin, Electroneum, Monero, Binance and Cardano will be in my portfolio I have chance some of my hodl for some other reasons but I think keeping a small number of Altcoins should be enough.

Since every altcoin is following bitcoin I suggest you try some masternode coins to make sure you won't lose too much in such situation.

Some of top altcoins to be holding  are minex coin, Cindicator, Emphy ,Snovio and Storm token. Most of these coins are promising to give out equal amount your holding by the last quarter of 2018. They are also doing well in the market.

today every alt is at very cheap rate , you can buy any good alt and in long run you will not regret this decision .

neo and ltc will be my choice ..

also polymath and prl as medicore coins ..

coins which have low marketcap like bitdegree also good to buy .

My top altcoin is XEM because I believe on this blockchain technology and I know it will continue to soar high specially this year. So many good altcoins in the market so better to pick those coins that you really think is good for you.

Yes bitcoin is the great and wisest decision to invest, but it's too risk if you investing in one coin. There's so many altcoins that have a great potential that you may get a lot of profits. It's better to invest in any altcoins that possible to have a huge profits like Ethereum, Litecoin, Neo and etc.

The main thing here is to be holding projects in one you completely believe in, most people just invest in project blindingly and they are realising not that the space is changing and will likely see how these things pans out, I believe the crypto market has come to stay it just depend on how it evolves with the coming legislation

Holding a new altcoin like MTH I think will get to the advantage, Looks new but the price is starting to stabilize and I've gotten the advantage. if you want to try it please.

At present, I have not invested in any altcoin, because in my opinion, most altcoin is hype, I bought a lot of BTC and ETH, in a bear market, holding BTC may be the wisest decision.
