I don't believe this (Bitcoin Forum > Other > Off-topic) is the right section to discuss about alt coins., but I'll still state my opinion. I'm not a big fan of alt coins, but I can see a few alt coins such as Ethereum, Nano, and Stratis doing well in future.
In this section is forbidden discuss about alt coins?
I think Ether will be higher than Bitcoin in the future

I think that you are on the wrong forum for this. Maybe try 'Altcoin Discussions'.

I suggest fo this moment find not mineble coins. For example BTC and ETH has too sharp spikes right now, but EOS doesnt. Check out other cryptocurrencies, XRP, EOS. Always everything is up to you.

Many coins which are top 10 will be more valuable in the future. Litecoin, NEO, eth and so on.

what are the other altcoins I can invest into for maximum future return??
I would recommend penny coins and smart contract platform like iota, stratis, eos, icx, aion and others but some of these coins are overvalued right now so try to pick the right time to buy them.

Raiblocks (XRB)/ NANO
They are the same thing, it just got re-branded literally today (jan 31st)

A quick summary of some of their features:
Scalability (based on the logarithm of the data set size)
No transaction fees for sending and receiving funds
    Proprietary block-lattice structure
Instantaneous confirmation and completion of transactions
    Dedicated blockchain for individual accounts
Account owners responsible for verifying transaction details
    Balance-weighted proof-of-stake voting
