in the luckycoin thread there is a pretty deep discussion about how its being done.
Can someone explain how the luck factor is decided for the lucky type coins around? how are they universally confirmed as being fairly found?
The only way I can think of is that it would pay more if the blocks hash was especially low (target is 0001 for 10 coins, but pays 100 if it's under 0000001). is that how they do it?
