ETH is 2nd in the market cap of all the cyto currency. i think if you look at the portfolio of some coins other than etherum that is worthy or good for the long term is Monero, NEM and NEO.

I think it's pretty fairly priced, you can hold it and make 4.5-9 CROWN a day as a masternode until it matures and takes off. There's an active dev team and they have big plans.

You already said that. Ethereum is a good coin to stock. But there's no sureness in which coin will have the greatest increase in the future because the price fluctuations has no regular pattern. It may go down continuously for a mean time, then go up. Even it goes through a cycle, it doesn't follow any pattern, that's why its hard to predict. All you have to do is trust your instinct and see for yourself.

To be honest i HODL all those coins.

My long term alt coin is definitely ethereum. It's the only coin I feel safe holding regardless of the day to day fluctuations of the price point. Any of those other coins I feel the need to constantly monitor and trade. I never sell my ethereum and always feel safe in the belief it will continue to grow in value.

Well aside from etherium and litcoin, i'd probably gamble on holding a lot of ripple as well. I don't know why it's moving steadily at a lower rate and has been doing so for a long time already, i still think i'll reap good dividends with it come a year or two.

I don't have an idea to what are the specific coins to hold for long term but in my opinion it is good to hold at least the top 5 altcoins in the market because they already built a good trading volume and a good progress for their coin and if you are planning to hold them for long term then you can have a chance to earn money from them.

I agree with that i see waves have a great performance in 2018 so better to hold for now but i dont see it for a longterm if there is more good performance that waves to see maybe i would probably hold it for another year.

A good altcoin that you can stock in large quantity in long term is waves. I suggest waves because this particular coin is undervalued right now. It is also the one that has most potential right now because of the updates it had undergone in the past. There are a few altcoins which I would love to recommend to you which might benefit you after a few years, consider investing in litecoin, dash, monero, monaco, bancor. You might as well consider buying neo, qtum or omg, I personally don't think that the Chinese ban will affect neo or qtum in any ways.

TenX and NEO is a good alt coin to hold. I've got the old ones now, LTC, XMR and DOGE. Though others are not putting interest to DOGE but I have some different feeling that it will give me profit in due time. And as you said a large stock? Try to look at coinmarketcap.com so that you can prefer your own choice.

ETH is a good altcoin and a better alternative to Bitcoin. You can invest in ETH itself as it has a potential to rise up more and may be could reach $1000 in a few years. If you want to invest in some other coin than Ethereum then i would say LTC and OMG will be choice. OMG has seen a good increase in price last month and I believe it will increase further more and will result in good profit in a long term investment. LTC on the other hand has spiked up a few weeks ago and have the potential to yield good profits too.
