Please, as mining technology progresses electricity costs will go down alongside footprints. Besides, most 'green' PoS coins are currently shouting multipool left, right and center, so the carbon footprint argument doesn't work right now.

Proof of work: invest in the system, work for your coin, provide value to the network.

POS is the future, the carbon footprint will get huge with scrypt asics

but how to spread pos coins without mining at start?

A free giveaway like Premine and Coin2 did. This innovative distribution can be seen in many new coins now

Innovative? I don't think that word means what you think it means...

recently i read that the total hashrate of the altcoins is about 650.000MH. With the new asics coming out how will this increase:

Knc miner

2000 x 300mhs
2000 x 150mhs

mining asic technology

~4000 x 250mhs
~4000 x 125mhs

Alpha technology

?? x 100mhs

Others

~500.000mhs

this would atleast be a total of 3.000.000mhs that will be added to the network this year. Will this mean that every gpu miner will move to n-scrypt or x11?
