coinmarketcap.com is a good site for checking current values and market cap of about 60 currencies

The best sites to check for the current profitable cryptocurrencies right now would probably be the following, in no particular order:

http://coinchoose.com/
Note that these sites pretty much give guesses as to actual profitability, and the actual profitability depends on the listed exchange's actual volume and trade value.
Cryptsy and CoinEX are the two exchanges I usually use myself. There are a few others, and certain altcoins have coin-specific exchanges. It really depends on what coin you want to trade as to which exchange would be the best for you.

Although I have read / watch too many topic on the forum, this is my first message !
I would like to ask if there is a page/site/spreadsheet showing all or most of the altcoins so I can check what is profitable at any time.
Next question is about to suggest me some exchange sites that most ppl use. I know already about Cryptsy / CoinedEX but im not sure at all if they are good or no.
I'm located at Europe if that matters
