if you holding money in VISA card balance (card vendor will charge this fees)
they can not take this fees if your card have $0 in balance
your uquid wallet is 100% free and we never take off your money to pay this maintenance fees
So : the best way you need load card and spend all money when you need if you want avoid this fees
