Problem is, right now, Bitcoin is leading the show and altcoins follow, I'd like for that to change and I think it will change. Just some time needs to pass in order for interest to spark for an altcoin and if the altcoin that overtakes Bitcoin has Bitcoin in it's name, I'll go kill myself.

Seems that it is going to happen. Now the Bitcoin dominance has been dropped. I know that the number of altcoins has been also increased. But the price of some altcoins at BTC is rising fast and it cannot be ignored.

Do you think that in a future, let's say 10 years from now, since some alts are growing faster than the beginning of Bitcoin, they will actually divide the market more equally?

I would say having  4 main cryptos, because this is what I think that can fit the market.
