As of 9.00am (GMT +8), we are suspending whitelisting of new registrants. We can no longer guarantee that any new registrants will be allowed to contribute.
The last batch of whitelisted email was at of 23.00 (GMT +8). Those who received this email will be given sufficient time to contribute. (24 hours from the receipt of the email).
