Tried coinomi before on claiming dogecoin from a physical coin loaded with doge. I’m not sure if this is same with paper wallet but I do import my keys there and successfully retrieve my dogecoins without paying fees.

I remember this wallet is being use to redeem other physical coins such as Bitcoin and other paper wallet too.
Last time I remember, I think coinomi has some unresolved technical issues such as failure to synch properly with the blockchain and another worry is that it's a close sourced wallet that members should avoid as much as possible

Try using the Dogecoin core. It's open source and also operated as a full node, which means you would have to download and sync the entire blockchain of Dogecoin which is about 147 GB as of today

Alternatively, try importing the paper wallet to other open source light wallet, though I have not used them before so I am not sure of the result.

Hello,
I used dogechain.info to transfer Dogecoin from paper wallet into the Binance but now it seems to be deprecated. With dogechain.info I paid the network fee only once. Is there any replacement for dogechain.info. I tried Exodus wallet but AFAIK there is an extra network fee required to transfer my Dogecoin from paper wallet into Exodus first before transferring it to Binance. As a result I need to pay network fee twice.

Thank you for any help and clarification
