I have not used it, but it looks like it will do what you need and the reviews are good. Look at it this way, it can't be any worse then the stuff Bitmain uses. Do you have any old hardware you can try it on 1st so you can test the adhesion strength and thermal conductivity?

Any other altenriatves? I can't seem to find anything similar to this locally, will something like this Conductive-Silicone-Adhesive-Compound work?

Also after a lot of research in this forum I found this post and ccgllc mentioned about using this product https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HTV1TXA/ which is very similar to the Arctic Silve you suggested but a lot cheaper, unfouctnally I couldn't find that either.

Also in regards to buying the black glue from China, I was informed by zeus staff that it can't be out of the fridge for more than 10 days, so anyone thinking about buying that form China should be aware of this, if the shipping duration is 10 days or above, you shouldn't buy it from China.

5 to 10 min. You really want it in place in a minute or 2 after you mix it. Then in 10 minutes it's on there forever. If you have used any 2 part epoxy (or JB Weld type stuff) it's similar. 2 tubes, separate they are fine once mixed they begin to harden.

I have used this: https://www.amazon.com/Arctic-Silver-Premium-Adhesive-ASTA-7G/dp/B0087X7262

Yes, it's an Amazon link but any high end PC place should have it or something similar in stock.

It's expensive but does work. Be aware that it's almost impossible to take off once applied.
You miss the spot you want it to be, you want to move the heat-sink later, not going to be easy without risking cracking the chip.

how fast for it to set?

Hey fellow miners.

What would be a good alternative to the "Black glue" that you use to stick the heatsink on the chip, I need to find something locally since shipping from China takes forever, so any links from Amazon or Ebay for me to get the proper specs so that I know what to look for.

So far a friend of mine told me that "Heatsink Plaster Star 922" will do the job just fine, can somebody conifmr/deny?

Thanks.
