Not sure if its an honour to be copied or to feel worried. But this shows the community is extremely vigilant and well aware. Kudos to both of you of finding out the facts!!.

This ICO is a total SCAM! Completely anonymous devs running an ICO. As you can see on their website (https://altexch.io), there isn't single name indicating the team behind the project. There isn't any presence of them on social media.

There are too many amateur spelling mistakes in their whitepaper which they claim to be a yellow paper.

Grin Grin Can't even spell Token

Their exchange design is just a photoshop of the IQ Option interface. No actual working demo has been delivered.

They keep sending spam mails to your inbox everyday. In one of the links in the spam mails is a website to a coin which claims to give $100 daily provided you submit your government ID which they'll sell on the dark web. The same altexch guys are behind that site (http://basicincome.network).

Why are you asking me for ID, when you yourself hasn't provided your name and picture on your site.

They claim to offer margin trading, signal trading, binary trading and 35% comission of referral fees. Grin Grin Grin. What a scam!

They're trying too hard to convince people to join LOL.

They claim to have raised $2M in private sales. Meanwhile they can't even provide a smart contract address to verify if the tokens even exist.
Huge red flag

They've also registered in the UK Beta House Of Companies. We all know that's where all scam websites register to trick n00bs into thinking they are legit.

Don't invest in this garbage
