The fact the OP has used the submission form from the first post of the Known Alts thread tells me they are well aware of the fact such a thread exists. They were probably hoping for some merits for such a minor find.
There's been a handful of such threads started recently by brand new users...

@The bull runs, it's pointless you created another thread with the same Alt account and it has been published here with the same case, if you have solid evidence and you believe @juanda and @budi12 are the same Alt, you can simply post in the thread: Known Alts of any-one-
You just take any other proof you can find in the post Known Alt from one of the threads too and proof the new account is linked to the old Alt account.
Example:
In a case like this, you just need to report it for reasons of violation of the rules that state.
Some of them have been banned, you just report and let the mod/admin make the decisions for them, this method is relatively consistent for you, rather than having to make 10 titles with the same method.
You just take any other proof you can find in the post Known Alt from one of the threads too and proof the new account is linked to the old Alt account.
