really I don't know what is the right step to do but mostly investing in Bitcoin will be the perfect idea more than the investment on the other altcoins because they were not been hundred percent sure to develop in this year.

I already did, I'm done accumulating cheap altcoins in addition to my big number of holdings, and yes, I believe same trend will happen but I don't know the specific time and period it will happen.

In my opinion ethereum and bnb are a good options to invest. Both of them has a good opportunity in the future to increase more. Also i think another top ten altcoins in cmc should be a good idea too.

This is also my advice, invest to those coins that's much more popular than to those coins that are not popular if you want to save your money. It's good to invest to those lower volume coins if the money you'll invest there is your spare but if you're eyeing to grow your money in the near future then you should start choosing the top coins.

Bitcoin is already improving and it was because of bitcoin improvement that altcoins like Ethereum could follow, you can see that the altcoins following bitcoin are the one in top 100 while other are not, these top altcoins were nowhere near increase prior to bitcoin increase, so we better praise bitcoin for its improvement already.

I think what you can say is that bitcoin will continue with its improvement, because this current value of bitcoin is something that is extremely impressive because n ones expected this year to ever be the beginning of bull run, and the highest figure people could even imagine bitcoin to touch by the end of this year is $10k, but we can see that bitcoin already tested $13800, and even if it is presently o correction stage right now, I am sure that it will reach out back to that value soon and beyond.

When people speculates and got profit from bitcoin, i believe their next speculation target would be alts. Alts with good fundamentals and good popularity. I dont need to name any i believe because you can see them in coinmarketcap like vechain.

LOL, you don’t need to mention any, but you already mentioned your preferred coin has veechain, I know of veechain project to and I have some investment in it, hoping it will bring a very good reward over time as we continue to hold our investment in it. Good and fundamental coins can be found more within the top 100 in coinmarketcap, which is what I basically do.

I look at coins within that limit, and then filter it to about 10 solid ones among it that I can easily monitor and control, there is no point gathering so many coins that one cannot really monitor and be able to act fast on when needed. I also consider the type of exchange they are on, because volumes matters too, that is what will make the coin order to be executed as fast as possible when we want to sell them.

I think you should consider your option, do you want short. medium, or long term investment? I believe coins that are subject to pump and dump are good to have in a short term investment. Try to target the Binance IEO for this term. If you are good with medium term, I believe XRP, is good option because of the dev's hardworks but it will essentially fail on the long run because of its target. The bank that is subject to regulations. For long term, I would say, ETH, ADA, NEO, BNB ( just wait for it to be dump, I think it will happen soon)XLM, LTC and UTK. These have a rock solid team and some of them have token burning features. Those are just my opinion but still you must do your own research and decide stuff for yourself. The price of LTC has been increased today with almost 10% up while most of coin are decreasing right now. I don't think this is the best timing to buy LTC since the price could be lower again in many days later if bitcoin still down though

Most coins within the top 100 coinmarketcap are still old ones, if the altcoins bull run will still be centered on these coin, then why are we still investing in new projects, if they will have no use, is it not better ICO just close completely for people to continue making use of the coins within this top CMC cycle for whatever reason they need it for, because I believe that whatever problem blockchain has solution to is still within the development of these top coins.

I think the top 100 in CMC are still not safe, it's better to take a few coins from the top 20 or 10. If you choose the top 100 then you have to have more funds to share it in a few coins. It's useless if you have a little money and share it in a few coins in the top 100, even though some coins in the top 10 also have much better potential and safe.

The first thing the market absolutely needs for alts to star moving is stability in BTC. Right now we are extremely volatile in this section , investors do not have a more or less united view on the things to come. Some call for retrace to 4k again, others call for the new bull run.

The time for investing in altcoin still there and we can invest in now. We can choose any coins from the market, and if we could choose the top 10 coin list, I think those coin will have a good chance to increase soon. Altcoin will help us to gain more bitcoin if the price increase, but we cannot expect to make a profit in a short time because right now, the altcoin still at the lower price and it needs to wait for a while to increase back.

I am investing at XRP at the moment. As many of other coin XRP is at its bottom, and technically has a big potential. Besides foundamentals of XRP are also very very strong and getting stronger every day.

Why not, if you have spare money and have enough time to wait, if there's no pressure if incase the market will not rise right away, you can do invest
with top alts if you are believing that mooning will soon to happen inside the alts industry, make sure you have enough knowledge and you are willing
to take the risk of waiting.

Tokens still hard to predicted for me to suggest which one is good to invest. Maybe project that almost reach schedule in roadmap good to look. Because sometime when developer make an update, price can be increased.

As you can see, most of the coins now are dumping since bitcoin dumped again after the peak. Some altcoins are now worth to buy, they decreased dowm to 10,15-20% and is the time to invest with those like eth, bnb and other good potential coins. Though, if you are using some indicators it is also best to buy altcoins before the bull run. Depends on when to buy if you have a basis in technical analysis.

Lots of coins are down today, so this is a buying opportunity again. For me the best altcoins are simply in the top 10, like ETH, LTC, XRP and BNB. I'm not recommending this you as I don't want to give financial advises. I'm saying this because those coins have a lot of leg room to reach its all-time-high again or even surpass it.

The number of assets does not depend on the amount of money the investor. You can buy one thousandth of any coin. This is the advantage of investing in cryptocurrency. Although, in this case, the withdrawal of funds from the exchange is impractical, since the fee may be commensurate with the deposit.

for market conditions that are under correction as now many altcoins have cheap prices and of course have the potential to grow quickly. for now I'm speculating on ethereum and cardano that will show growth. let's see the growth later this year.

Same questions has been asked and I think you just need to surf the altcoin discussion sections to check and see what's the most suggested coins to invest that's about to moon base on their speculations. I think it's good to watch the market now, everything is bloody and I think that the party is over for this moment and later will show signs of moving up again. The most dominant alts should be the best to invest if you just want to be safe in this very volatile market.

I would think those are precisely the ones that have gone up quite a bit already. I'm pretty sure there are more "diamonds in the rough" that still have potential to increase significantly. Having said that, I couldn't say with a straight face what they are. I've been placing my bets on NEO and PIVX, but I'm not recommending those to anyone as a tip. They're just coins I like which earn income, and if their prices go up, all the better.

We really should enlist to buy the alts now. It will still happen the old cycle, when the BTC price is too high in the week, it will adjust itself because of traders' sentiment, and immediately the value of the alts will increase by 15% - 25 %

I suppose one thing to look for is which alt still has a very strong project, and the drop relative to BTC looks unjustified. If that applies to many alts, and it probably does, then it makes sense to go with the most reliable option, which would tend to be the highest in market cap... so I'd be tempted to say ETH is probably the one to go for.

Shorter-term, NEO is surging fast, but this sort of sudden price movement can often lead to an equally sudden pullback, so just be wary.

Like you said not all coin is going for moon even the best altcoin might because in 2017 every altcoin was dropping when the bitcoin bumps up.

So pick the best of all coins and the one you can afford as well hope it wont decrease then you may get the profits but my suggestion will be invest hard on the bitcoin because we know what coin is mooning.

Your portfolio should always have diversity and it is up to you what altcoins you would want. Though ideally you should put majority of your investments in your portfolio within the top 100 and having some potential altcoins within the top 500 for potential tokens that can moon big time. Before investing though always do your research as not all altcoins in this category can moon.

go check your Binance (or any altcoin exchange you use) and you can see that if you for example had 1BTC invested in altcoins that is now worth at least 0.75BTC!

if bitcoin goes down then altcoins will go down with it just like 2018.

But how long? bet a little money on altcoin looks a good decision and put the rest to the bitcoin. This time bitcoin is a gold.
