Http 5000 internal server error says itself that something wrong with the internal system, just joking. You can try contacting the net server operator cause the server connection might have a problem. Also, you can use different other servers for transaction.

According to this site about Error 500.

Cause of HTTP 500 Errors

Like we mentioned above, Internal Server Error messages indicate that something, in general, is wrong.

Most of the time, "wrong" means an issue with the page or site's programming, but there's certainly a chance that the problem is on your end, something we'll investigate below.

If Binance said that theres nothing wrong with them then the fault is on your end.

If clearing caches, cookies didnt work then try Troubleshoot as a 504 Gateway Timeout error instead.

When something has gone wrong on the website server, HTTP 500 internal server shows error. You can try to use a VPN. If VPN doesn't work that means it's the website server issue from their side.

HTTP 500 error could mean that it is an issue related to their servers. Best advice would be to try with a VPN and see if that helps resolving the issue. If not then, give it a little time and try again. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

You should make a screen record and send to hitbtc support. That will help you both (You and HitBTC team) to save some time and get a proper result.

Over the last week whenever I try to download transaction history been getting HTTP 500 error. Have tried in Chrome and Internet Explorer, tried clearing cache, tried clearing cookies and other site data, turned off pop up blocker, turned off firewall and virus blocker, even tried on 3 different computers. Always get error.

Submitted a bug report and they claim site is ok. Anybody else having this problem or know how to fix?
