Created to scam users.
I have carefuly reviewed their Website, social media and Video.

Fake Video Created not in Dubai - original place is a Kiev Ukraine Regin Hill hotel https://regenthill.com.ua/en/ )
People on the Video are not arab sheik - They are ukrainian actors did their job perfectly, but unforunately not project is a scam.
Alysdax Telegram is full of similar fake groups and channels where they are do publications to scam users.
