I think it's ideal to be about 10-15 pounds heavier than the official tables because if you need an operation suddenly, it makes it easier to survive the IV feeding only phase. Also, what if there is a crisis and food is suddenly not available. Always good to have some reserves just in case.

When there's a food crisis, you just eat the slow people, duh.

You weigh more than me...but im underweight
Im 6' 3 and come in at 159.6 pounds...

I cycle a lot, im healthy, just v. lean....bmi of about 14%

dont sweat it lol

I am a healthy weight. Im 6'1 and 169 pounds. I cycle 2 times a day pretty much every day.
