I live in North American and had an electrician come out and install a 240v 20 amp two-pole circuit breaker to a NEMA 6-20 outlet.  I have a 6-20p to C13 cord to connect a Bitmain AWP++ PSU directly to the socket (no power distribution unit).  Am I going to fry my miner if I do so?

No. You will not fry your miner. It will just run the full rated power of 1600w@240v. Running this
higher power actually lowers the amps being used. The PSU distributes the power as needed by
the miner automatically. Some PSU's have a switch for 110/220. The rest of your components are
well suited for your needs as well. I want to note: stay away from extension cords if possible.
Plug directly into the 6-20 receptacle. You can use a PDU, but with what you have, it's not really
needed. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but you could easily run 3 of those PSU's on
that circuit.
Goodluck!!!

Edit: Just found this in the speculation section:
