Not all bounty hunters are good in choosing good bounties.
Some of them are but most of them are just lucky to have joined a bounty that really paid well after their ICO. It's just a coincidence that they came along with a good bounty and for choosing an investment with ICOs, some are good and others are bad as well. There's just balance in all things and its odd to say that investors should follow bounty hunters on what to invest.

I have been in the crypto space for quite some time now and i discovered that bounty hunter tend to know more about good ICOs than most investors that just go straight into investment. Which is why investors need to followup bounty hunters and do their research on the ICOs that they promote.
Most of the ICOs i invested into successful were bounty driven. It was because i participated in their bounty that i got to know they are also good for investment.
