There is hardly anything in Amagi Metals, is there a ETA when the website will be updated with new stock? I like buying small amounts of silver, but you only have 1 oz listed (I like 1 gram, 1/10 oz 1/4 oz silver products) :-/

I feel your pain, Grimm. We will have updated inventory in the next couple of weeks. I'm excited to be pushing this initiative with our board. Give the people their shinies! Smiley

Have a great day.

Amagimetals username is still Amagi Metals. It is now operated and owned by Anthem Vault. Sorry to confuse you. Same business, same location, new owners. Bitcoin payments have been turned back on and ship times have been drastically improved.

OK, thanks for clarifying. Maybe it would be a good idea to make announcement in this thread:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/amagi-metals-best-prices-of-gold-silver-for-bitcoins-130831
and possibly lock it. I don't think it's allowed by the forum rules to have two the same threads in this board.

You guys lost a lot of business because of unfilled orders, literally NO customer service and basically keeping everyone in the dark on what was going on these last several months.  It would have been so easy to keep customers simply by telling us what was going on.  Instead, there was nothing but silence and denial from your Reddit thread how Anthem wasn't buying out/acquiring Amagi Metals.  It's a shame too because at one time Amagi Metals was actually a shining star in the Bitcoin community.

Hi Mark,

To speak very candidly, I totally understand. I worked for Amagi when it was owned by Stephen Macaskill and was then hired by Anthem Vault. Unfortunately the two entities couldn't make up their mind in a timely manner on how the buy out would work due to the onslaught of orders that had not been fulfilled under the old ownership. Anthem Vault has now fully stepped in and almost every order that had requested refunds or metal has been fulfilled that was required by our contract. It was a difficult moment for all of us in customer service and marketing - those of us that connect directly to you. The good news is, Anthem Vault has got Amagi back to operating at honorable speeds and accepting Bitcoin again.

While it's difficult to earn back customers after such a dark couple of months, we do hope we can revive the Amagi brand and what it stood for. The message never changed of sound money and liberty...and bitcoin, however there were some issues that were financial in nature that left the foundation of the company in a tough spot. Looking forward to the future and winning back the confidence of the community. Thanks for your helpful criticism. I'd like to offer you free shipping on your next order if you'd like to try us out again. Just shoot us an email and mention this post [email protected]

Thanks.

Is this the new official AM thread?
Has AV acquired AM as a whole, or just brand/website?
Has forum account "amagimetals" also changed ownership?

Confusing...

Did not you just rebranded yourself as veldtgold a few days ago? Why rebranding again?

That's a different company.

Dear Bitcointalk,

I want to introduce the new Amagi Metals brand that is being released under the ownership of Anthem Vault - a precious metals storage company and financial tech leader with a great reputation.

We understand that customer service, awesome deals, and supporting cryptocurrency ventures is important to this community. We don't expect you to flock quickly to the new Amagi Metals, as we understand that previous ownership has left some users with bad experiences fresh in the mind. We will be here though, with an expanded customer service staff, a Bitcoin payment option, and quality bullion at great prices.

If you have questions about the transition, a previous order you have that has not been fulfilled by Amagi, or you'd like to learn how to pay with Bitcoin for gold and silver bullion, please don't hesitate to contact us 1-855-428-2858 or email [email protected].

From now until Saturday, we are adding an ounce of copper to every order - in the coming weeks we will have shipping specials. All of this can be found by joining our newsletter. So join the list or start shopping at the new Amagi Metals today: http://amagimetals.com

Thanks for your time,

The Anthem Vault Team
