We have an amazing stable coin idea and everyone we talk about said it’s a game changer.

My question is we are not programmers, so where does one go to find a company who can do this responsibility?
Someone we can put trust in to develop this and ask all the right questions to make sure we have exactly what we need?

I think you are confident and optimistic about your plan to create a working Stablecoin and that's a good attitude, Anyway how about the funds for the development of your fantastic Stablecoin idea? we all know that it is very hard to raise some funds nowadays, but that was only a sideline question I think you must try to visit the Altcoin Service Announcement. just look there if someone has offered such kind of service and who knows they can connect you a legitimate and competitive developer.

I would discuss that in the semillalabs discord, it's a discord with 450 devs in it. The link is on their twitter page. Semilla means seed in spanish and the the discord is for incubating new projects and forming project teams.

Not to break your bubble, we are still the hot seat as far as stable coins, so there might be a lot of members here that might go against that idea. Second, how it is a game changer? I mean it's just supposed to be pegged to USD.

Maybe you can visit this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0. Maybe someone will pick it up, but jus be careful and filter all applicants as they might be scammers though.

How?

IMO, stable-coin with backup FIAT money (1:1) is still the most powerful stable coin. With the disaster of UST & $LUNA, people are worried and now more put trust into a stable coin like this. Because, In case this happen in their crypto pair then should be no problem to change the stable-coin into a real money fiat. Unless, the company is lie for the backup (not 100% backup with real money).

If you are going to seek help on the forum, I recommend the marketplace section, there are services and devs offers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=5.0
However, if you think that your project can actually be a game changer, I would recommend using the help of professionals, who work with leading projects in the industry. Many projects have incubators, such as Binance. This may be the solution for you.
Pro tip: I recommend changing your nickname if you want someone to take you seriously Smiley

I can see your idea already heading towards disaster before even kick start. if you have know clue where to get devs to build your project and worst of all you have zero knowledge about the technical part of what you are about to do. Like a member above already pointed out, it is very hard to find a trusted dev that will support the project through thick and thin, most usually get greedy from the first pump. If your idea of creating a new stablecoin are that great i hope you can find equally great dev that will support your idea 100%.
Or you can find an incubator firm that will incubate your project and provide the right tools to support the growth.

it's very hard to see a responsible and not greedy developer, most developers will run away from responsibility when what was targeted has been successful but if I suggest to look at good projects you can see partners are habitual partners will choose good projects and responsible for cooperating supported by binance or supported by duckdadao or other major partners.

Ask on legit devs, or check out some job sites that are working on blockchain projects. But its kinda hard to find dev that would be trusted enough not to fall in greed if this project succeeded. Most wanted to create their own project so likely your idea could be somehow implemented just join the team and pitch them what is on your mind.
