The thing that ultimately will happen is this.

The court may sacrifice an attorney rather than allowing people to see loss of court authority.

If the sacrifice is not sufficient to protect the court, the judges will simply bar Mr. Alexander from practicing law, since he isn't an attorney. If he were an attorney, he would be disbarred first.

The only true way for Mr. Alexander to proceed is at Federal District Court, under common law of the people, even if the building is the United States District Court Building.

The United States District Court is different than Federal District Court. The Federal District Court under common law of the people is stated in Corpus Juris Secundum (law encyclopedia) Volume 25 Section 334 as a court where the magistrate/judge is only a referee. This means that there is no contract with the BAR Association to be under their jurisdiction even though a BAR judge presides.

In United States District Court, the case is brought under the jurisdiction of the BAR, even though it is not stated this way formally. The judges will be able to proclaim Mr. Alexander's case null and void one way or another, because he does not have the right to practice law in a United States District Court, even if he is representing himself only (which he isn't, btw).

The BAR Association wants to remain supreme, and they will do it. Essentially, outside of a full-blown rebellion, the only way to securely bypass the BAR is to use Federal District Court.
