Converting Bitcoin to Amazon cards is like exchange Bitcoin into Paypal that both need to have trust. I'm not talking about not cheating/scamming but about the source of those cards.
One of the most common ways to get the Bitcoin completely anonymous is to buy these cards in cash and then convert them to bitcoin. "The risk of these cards being stolen "The risk will come to the buyer" or used before."
Suggest that: do not sell such cards until you have sufficient trust or you will lose your money due to poor turnout.

why do you need a high merit for you to send first? I think with any high rank account you can trust it to send first ...

this is a small amount, and it is unlikely they scam for a small amount

Well by high merit i meant merit more than 3
yes it is a small amount but you know you can't trust any one.
