Well what would you suggest to provide proof then?

I have a copy of the original Amazon gift card email/code that I redeemed to my account before I realized that you couldn't transfer the funds easily after redeeming it.

Also oldsport has showed me that I can transfer the Amazon balance to you by sending MP3 albums as gifts, then having the recipient trade the MP3s for amazon balance.

I could proof that I own the email address on the Amazon account, because I own the domain of the email address, so could put a flat .html file on the domain for proof of ownership.
Thats not much proof....

If you hacked the email, you can hack the domain.......................

I guess I'd even be willing to let the person login to my amazon account themselves and order there items.

how would we know it is your account ?

You should have some rep, I don't know how easy it would be to scam with amazon gift cards, but I guess it's possible.

Good idea, any takers?  I'll order something for up to $200 with my amazon balance for bitcoins, how many are you willing to offer (post offers here please)?

I can tell you how to turn the balance into a giftcard.
