The only explanation that I see here, in case that the accused does not know why this happened, is that the accused is selling stolen gift cards. Therefore, even if this scam accusation gets resolved, they deserve a negative rating (which I have just left).

After many tries I got in concat with LouisVuitton and agreed upon resolution, please remove the scam accusation, if evidence is needed I will provide it.

Alright, this case has been reported to both local police and international police within Amazon Support and Escalation Team of Amazon and since this case has gotten to such a degree Amazon was obligated to give me another gift card of $50.

Actually I thought you were going to answer or something over here but you didn't and that's why I waited a little before reporting or doing anything else but expect someone knocking to your door at any time and even more things LouisVuitton.

I don't understand.

This doesn't make sense. It's within Amazon TOS if the recipient of the GC does not redeem in time then it can be ONLY be resent to another email.

What also doesn't make sense is why Susan Utsey is coming up lol.

Believe me... I read the TOS up and down again and again... and it was very confusing what happened, but I suspected that the original buyer could've sent proof of payment to Amazon and got back his/her GC, which that's the proof I asked LouisVuitton for. I don't want him to refund me back the BTC I traded with him, that would make me feel like I'm robbing him and of course because Amazon provided me of the 50 USD GC since I reported the case, however, I want him to clarify in a well mannered way what happened here, where HE really bought/got that GC from.

Hi, just posting to clear my name of this accusation.

I've been on vacation so sorry for the late reply.

The Gift Card was applied to Amazon account Travis Tavarez, the person Travis Tavarez had the gift card unapplied after redeeming it and then applied to someone named Philippe Jimenez.

To verify this just go into an Amazon chat and ask about this information, I am no scammer and would have no problem giving you a refund of $35, I have no problem with that. My time spent on this forum is worth more than $35. You just were a con artist and tried to ruin my feedback on this wonderful forum.

You're the first person in my two years to have an issue and try to scam me like this.

Shame on you.

That's quiet true, I have seen in your feedback that you have had no problem with anyone else here, I will remove scam accusation when YOU HAVE TIME to get this solved and your feedback can go back to normal.

And stop calling me that, I have facts, and facts are just there.

To LouisVuitton: I don't want to destroy anyone's reputation/feedback, in fact, we could've avoided all of this when I asked you for original receipt of the Amazon Gift Card, I even waited for your answer before reporting or doing anything because I wanted to give you the benefit of doubt, and I understand that you are on a vacation, however, try to solve things because it's money we are talking about even if it's 1 cent.

Why would I go through all this hassle of doing this and trying to taint someone's else reputation when I am actually buying video cards from different people and such as philipma1957, LoneRangir, Helipotte and right now have a pending trade with LoneRangir and Phil. That would only give me problems to do such a thing. However, that's not the case here.

You have me on Telegram, I'm almost always available and ready to chat to solve this issue or here from PM, yet you didn't do it, so I don't know why you changed your feedback and saying I'm a con artist if I have been available all this time.

If you need the chat logs and evidence I sent to the police, I will send it to you or post it here public, but what's done, is done and you had your opportunity to redeem it.

I will be posting here later with evidence regarding this case. I have not been able to login on BitcoinTalk due to at the moment I'm traveling on vacation. I will leave my response and evidence here shortly, but for now I will say my Gift Cards aren't stolen and the reason for the aged Amazon accounts are to purchase eGift Cards with Amazon GC as new accounts won't let you due to AVS.

You are not allowed to use Amazon gift cards to buy Amazon gift cards.  It does not matter how old your account is.  Who knows what you are talking about..

--------

I have seen this happen.  If someone else has access to this card(picture/receipt, or even just the card #) they can get them to transfer it to a different account with enough complaining.  It is basically having the card reported stolen.  Luckily, you did not use this card and they were able to withhold/remove the balance from your account.  If you had used the balance, Amazon may have closed your entire account.

Hi, I'm looking to purchase an aged Amazon account with atleast one order on it.

2 Why make this "deal"? I say "deal" cuz it's only 70% and that anyone can get from REDDIT users who have good reputations? Or buying discounted Amazon online, so again, I don't understand why this "deal".

3 Of course the scammer contacted Amazon and said you stole their card and that's why they got it back.

If you want to "make his life miserable", I suggest contacting Amazon with the chat logs, email. etc. and letting them know.  So when they pull this shit on the next person...Amazon will at least have a history on file.

A whole lot of work to "make his life miserable" over something YOU could of avoided.  Sorry if the truth hurts I'm not trying to bash you just adding my 2cents.

I have my ways to accomplish that "Make his life miserable", I will even post pictures, just for fun. And yes, you're right, I could've avoid that from happening, thanks for your words.

Next time use the appropriate format:

Thanks, I will correct it.

Hello.

The user from Bitcointalk: LouisVuitton scammed me with $ 35 for a $50 USD Amazon Gift Card.

Profile: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/louisvuitton-525779

Here are the details of the TX:
https://blockchain.info/tx/d3a7ea993a002b5c5a5dcde2594a53df4fdee509a2876ee070f47b739b3baf7c

In this image there are the details of the conversation with him/her:

He may seem like a Hero or whatever member with mostly good feedback, however, scammer is a scammer no matter what.

So I don't understand first you claimed it and later it went to another amazon account ? it was transfered ?

Yep, I don't know how it was done, however I went up and I read the Amazon Terms and if the original buyer has the receipt he/she has the right to revoke it from another account.

If the scammer doesn't give back my BTC and says he's sorry, I'm going to make his life miserable, I don't care that it was $35, that's nothing, what I didn't like is that he was pretending to help me and then deleted his TG account. I'm going to fuck his life up till he has no more life.

You posted to warn us so thank you for that.  I will add my 2 cents, point out a few mistakes and hope others can learn from it:

1 I have to say, you made a big mistake dealing with that person.  If you read the post history, I wouldn't touch shit, especially from Amazon after reading that:
