amazon will just black list your shipping address if they suspect that your taking advantage of their replacement program.
It only works with items fulfilled by Amazon... You are only scamming Amazon, which people seem happier to do.
Uhm how do u geta refund without scamming the seller? That simply isn't possible, refunding without anyone being scammed...
