The room is still hot but all cards are at 74-75°.

That's not a great temp but it's low enough it shouldn't be an issue.

My "mining area" ambient has been a solid 90 F during the heat waves we've had so far this summer - but plenty of airflow and an evap feeding cool air into the "air intake" area helps keep the RIGS cool.

Rigs can run just fine in higher temperatures but excess heat always shortens the life of your hw. Some kind of ventilation is necessary imo.

Debating with myself about spreading rigs across family homes and mine or adding a wall in my garage to section it off and putting them in there.

Living in southeast Louisiana, its hot and humid during the summers........ambient temperature in my garage reaches 96 so far but I have zero ventilation in it.

Is 100 degree ambient too hot to run or as long as I push enough air to them cards, I should be ok?

It is better to buy the conditioner and problems with coolings won't arise, garages and come to hot weather don't hold cold if you increase cards, without conditioner they will break

My "cave" has an opening of 40x17cm to the outside, which isn't very large. I purchased 2x 7-8" (can't remember the exact size) car radiator fans from AliExpress at 22$ a fan. They are pretty loud but have a high CFM. They help with extracting the hot air generated by 5 rigs in this small room (it's about 4 by 3 meters). The room is still hot but all cards are at 74-75°.

I also put some large intake fans to bring cool air to this room as much as I could.

You need to get vent to the garage, or the ambient will climb in a hurry even with a single 3-card rig in it.

Doesn't matter how much air you move around the cards if the ambient is 50C+

You'll want your rigs to run <70ºC if possible. They can run up to 90, but 70 is safe. 70C =158F

Depends on density of the rigs, if you have decent space between cards then you will be ok.

But you will need ventilation of some kind and some fans to circulate the air at the rigs.

Mini heat wave out in the pnw we hit 100 degrees today and about 95 in the shop but the rigs were still running good temps 60-65 c.
