This section discusses mining altcoins, bitcoin in this thread  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0
It's an altcoin. It has nothing to do with Bitcoin  Grin

They are using the Satoshi name. Not sure why. Maybe to get newbies confused, but obviously nothing original about them.

I don't know how many times I have come across such words ever since I started learning about crypto some 5 years ago.

Ya, using the satoshi name is basically weeding out all the people with half a brain right off the bat.  That makes it easy to do things like run socials and promote the project, because anyone with half a brain would just say scam and move on.  If they were actually trying to be serious and promote this to people who can count beyond 10 without taking off their shoes, then they'd run into people who would expose them and rip their ideas apart.  It's a clever way to funnel only the idiots their way.  I used to think people behind scams like this were dumb, but I guess I can appreciate their method of trying to appear legitimate.

I always add links when I write about new shitcoins. I don’t look at what the team writes, only profit for today is important for me, and it happens that for 1-2 weeks the profit when mining these shitcoins is higher than standard coins from the WhatToMine calculator.

Do you really mean to say that Satoshi is also a shitcoin? Also, why do people take it seriously when others claim that Satoshi has more features than Bitcoin? Please provide more details.
Where is the link to the project website?
Who are SATOSHI Project Team?
How is the SATOSHI Project Team related to the Bitcoin developer?
I saw bitcoin developers on the forum, let's ask them?
But I'm pretty sure they don't know anything about your project.

There are so many coins/tokens being released with the same claims that they are better than Bitcoin or other popular coins, solve scalability issues, etc and sooner or later they end up dead due to lack of usage or just bad development in general. Some of them are just forks of one over another so their innovation is actually just releasing the same network under different names. At the end of the day, regardless of how cool your project is, if no one is using it then your coin is just another shitcoin waiting to die.

👍 Thanks you for not make me confused to deferential between Bitcoin amd other coin.
Beware of claims like "continuing satoshi legacy", "the real satoshi network", etc. Most of the time they just modify some parts of Bitcoin code and release it on their own after doing some premine so they can dump on other users when the coin gets a bit popular. You should read more about it so you can develop an awareness if a new project is trying to scam you. Some tokens also do things like this btw, so it is not exclusive to mineable coins. CMIIW.

My advice to Satoshi miners is that the CoreDAO prove that the SATOSHI Project Team is behind this because looking at the project's features, I'm confident that the price will also be enormous. Satoshi offers great chances for miners by providing free mining, so they should avoid selling their core coins to investors at a loss. Instead, they should hold onto their coins or delegate them to prevent investors from controlling the system.
