How to fix this limit?

Search triggers it as well (searches are resource-intensive)
How to fix this limit?
PM and Report seem to trigger it.
I have never done a PM or a Report.
Plus, limiting posting to 6 minute intervals seems like a bad idea to me - after all, I can well respond to two different posts with in a period of 2-3 minutes.
(E.g., this response is the second post to this forum within 2 minutes - well, it would be, if the 360 seconds bug wouldn't prevent it ... )
Other actions can trigger it, such as logging in. Not sure what else would do it but it isn't just posting.

Same for me - and I am certain that I did not post in the past 6 minutes!
I've seen this message a few times while I'm sure I haven't posted anything in the previous 6 minutes. Don't know what triggers it.

Gotta stay like that till Member. I learned the tough way getting a lot of my posts erased.
