you have to wait at first to post untill u earn a higher status. i dont think i have any restrictions but maybe 6 seconds or something. just hang in there and you will earn a higher status in no time.

It's to limit new accounts from spamming. Continue to post and stay logged in and you'll be past the JR status in no time!

Just wait six minutes then post. After you have 15 activity it will be reduce to 72 seconds.

Alternatively, you could just think longer and harder about your posts. Then it should take you roughly 6 minutes to generate a good, high quality post at which point you will be free to make it.

lol... Look through OP's post history. Looks like the forum rules worked pretty well.

Didn't even have to search for it, it's right there at the top of the newbie section. 

I also have a limit I think should be around 60 seconds, but quite reasonable, how many posts do you want to post in 60 seconds?  For 300 seconds, slightly long, but just carry on until you reach more senior levels.

I mean Ive owned many run a few other websites with forums and had minimal/no restrictions at all
and had minimal to no problems if u know how to manage the server and website portal code

That the limit for Jr member. That limit are made to prevent scam account activity

this forum is messed up bad all I get is a 360 timeout remark I mean all tthe time
