The way to scam people will always change and be different from the previous method, but the scammers will almost the same from time to time because they know what people's passion can bring them the money. The scammers know that people are tired to wait for a long time to earn much money so they only focus on a new way to scam them and sometimes, the old player in the crypto will not realize that because they attract to that channel because of the word "earn money in a short way." Yes, I agree that we must be careful and report them if their offers look good to be true.

Its being said that the easiest scams yo carry out is the ones that prey on people's greed and these cryptocurrency pump and dump groups is not different. People really need to realize that the cryptocurrency is so large that its almost impossible for a group of random people that meet online to effectively pump the price of a token or coin. What lost likely happens is that bots are used to simulate price pumps and then the people that fall for the scam will effectively be providing liquidity for the scammers and their worthless coins

I hope by now people are familiar with this scamming technique. I understand that there are still newcomers that are getting screwed by these groups. But for long timers here, hope they know better about this scheme. These scammers repeat again and again their technique because there are naive users that are really jumping on their too-good-to-be-true offers. If no one will patronize them, they will stop this scope. Unfortunately, people's greed is always there so yeah, they can always catch a fish here.
For the legends here, i think this scheme will not work. But for newbies who keep coming in the market, they might be easily lured by its big offer. So its always advisable to make a consistent research so we can be more updated with the latest trend of scammers especially newbies because they are mostly the target.

Anyways, thank you OP for the information. This will really help a lot of investors in this community. Hopefully we can be more vigilant when it comes to money matters particularly that we are still in pandemic right now.

Poor scammer though, he need to convince lot of people for that 4k along with risking his 25K capital but there are scammers who  makes million from zero investment, not supporting the scammer but just telling the facts.

Signals, bump and dump groups are there to make profits for them not to their subscribers.

That easy gain profits are the reason for them to attract many members. I've seen a lot of that telegram channel groups that has fake profits, fake progress. And they are also recruiting more members for attraction.

I have joined some telegram signal groups, too. But they are just posting some of their signals for free with limited options only. The purpose of their group if you wanna access the full signal, you have to pay for it. Not a scam like that.

A very interesting example of a scam.

❗️Let's analyze the case of the Defi Sniper (20k ppl) public scam . You can go to look at his channel, but you cannot buy using his signals. Better to go in and complain about the channel because of fraud.

Be careful with these types of scams! All pump groups are always scams! Remember this! Report this scammer's channel.

I also join this kind of group, but local version. Several times I followed their signal and ended up losing.

You are right we have to be careful in looking for signals, because not all give the correct one

Actually it's not a new trick and I also often find groups like this, but yeah.. I don't really care about telegrams because there are just a lot of people talking nonsense
Agreed, but these scam signal groups were often inviting random people to join in their group. people who already invited didn't even aware if they already invited to the scam group. i just always try to ignore any signal group. what they have been talking full with non sense things.

There must be an awareness thread like this to make the newbies will aware if signal group was just another scam scheme.

When we talked about a signal group on the Telegram, it always comes to my mind about the possible scam, and usually, all of them are in a pump and dump group which they want to pump a low volume coin which is easy to manipulate the price.

That's a great input OP, other newbie users must be warned on this kind of group because there's no really easy on making profit on cryptocurrency, instead of making a profit, you might be put into a trap, and might you will lose by following on them which isn't necessary.  Do your own research is a very accurate answer when you want to invest in a new project most especially the very trending now was the NFT based on games.

By now, people should know the true nature of signal groups. Only newbies fall on their scamming techniques. If you want to check how they do it, better join first in free signal groups. Because you will understand how they are screwing their followers. Instead of joining them, why not enrich yourselves with trading tricks by studying the coins you want to trade with. Only experience can give you solid insights in this trading market.

Winding down.
Good information, but there are a lot of such groups in the telegram. The scammers will change their name and will fool other newbies. Here people said that trading on signals from telegram groups is the "very pinnacle of human idiocy."
Our task is to warn people, but if scammers work, it is profitable.
They often do that and sometimes uses known forum user name just to hide their evil intention and fool people. I experience a lot of telegram messages offering such a thing but as we are already aware of scams, there is no way they win against us. Doubling your money in a shorter time, that becomes crazy if you will think that is true, you will become an instant millionaire but to wonder and ask ourselves, why they offer such a thing if then make it by themselves? It is totally a scam...that is why I'd never ever trust someone or a group like this.

So many of these garbage shit scam schemes still existed in the market but sadly there are a bunch of newbies that are thinking if that was a real. I see that someone was losing 37 times on following the unreal signal that created by the garbage signal group. The same scheme was also happening with what people called that as a good group signal.

This is just another trick to rob money from the newbies that know nothing about that

One of the most known classic scams about pump and dump groups but there are actually people whom do really take a risk on dealing with this and hoping that could still make profits when they do able to
get in early and able to sell out early too.

Rugpull is something that is really a common of scamming investors and the best thing to check out on potential experience about this is that, always look up for developers funds
and if it wasnt locked or simply they can sell it anytime on their coin holdings then high tendency that this would really be making that rugpull.

Specially now lets be specific on NFT games where there are some numbers which are obviously joining on the hype.

❗️Let's analyze the case of the Defi Sniper (20k ppl) public scam . You can go to look at his channel, but you cannot buy using his signals. Better to go in and complain about the channel because of fraud.

5. Writes a post  to the cart, about the urgent need to buy this token
6. Accelerates the price with purchases of subscribers
7. Displays the liquor, ragpulit this trash heap
8. Transaction to withdraw liquidity for $ 29k (https://bscscan.com/tx/0x89a65f5255f497dcd4891ab8b7c3f1ac9bc922dd8aa2eba90728b16251972f1b)
9. Fixes a profit of 4k $ for 5 minutes of scam
10. At the same time, he also makes content for himself , how its price grows and all subscribers "earn"
11. Fills in a new contract, new liquidity, a new post and in a circle.

Be careful with these types of scams! All pump groups are always scams! Remember this! Report this scammer's channel.
