If he can get fools work for him for free, it doesn't matter how many and what the project is, why not? With some luck he can monetize that, if he cannot... he didn't lose anything..

The text on his profile that claims he is Satoshi Nakamoto is already dubious, let him prove first that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto so we can shower him with merits and take his trust rating to the highest and support whatever offer or project he is offering,  I don't know why he needs 32 developers the real Nakamoto only works with few developers, there will be a big conflict managing these 32 developers because each one of them has their own concept and perception of ideas.

But it's more difficult when OP looking for developer with very specific work history. There weren't many contributor when Satoshi still involved on Bitcoin development. Those people who meet OP qualification likely already have full time job anyway. Besides, i doubt OP budget is enough to pay 32 experienced developer at average market. According to a site[1], the average is $118.314/year. So OP need to prepare to spend at least $3.786.048/year.

For such a cool project you need really experienced and cool developers. I am glad that you have noticed me. Now listen carefully, I need a campaigner like you. Bitcoin is too smaller compare to the globalised Central Banks and the fiat economy. If man from a poor country go in to war against a super nation then what can happen ? definitely the Super Nation will crash him, like that of Gaddafi was crashed.
Supposed, the Central Bank of Japan decide to buy up all the Bitcoin and become the sole controller of Bitcoin economy. That will not solve the problem of the 7 Billion people. Bitcoin is solutionn tom the economic problem.

Therefore, I must do what I need to do in order to protect the Bitcoin being rehijacked by any super nation. Therefore I need to create some thing bigger than Bitcoin. I have already designed it now need few developers to assist me to launch it.

You are not that, only one Satoshi Nakamoto. So please be prodent and listen to the wisdom of Satoshi Nakamoto. who every you are, either you are working for own economic reason or you are working for some one else. First, do not judge people without knowing the true nature or fact. I remember, what you are reminding me. Know it fore sure, that 'Satoshi Nakamoto' is just a Japanese pseudonym. But it is not true what you are thinking of there is only one Satoshi Nakamoto.

I need 32 developers. Are you a developers, what is your skill and expertise ?  Do you think yourself that you are that 'Satoshi Nakamoto' ?  32 developers will join my 4 new projects. 8 person in one project.

So... satoshi is trying to work with bitcointalk devs by going through an intermediary. sounds legit. count me in.

I don't trust developers who brag about their project as bigger than Bitcoin, without proving anything we have seen projects who claim they have an algo that will kill Bitcoin but ended up scamming investors, and you sound like one, be humble don't promise to much, just get it on and tell us about your project is all about and why 32 developers can you break down that 32 developers what are they going to do, remember there is only one Satoshi Nakamoto.

32 developers, how did you get to that number? can you tell us exactly what type of developer is needed?
The monthly salaries for 32 developers is a huge amount of money. Can you confirm here that you really have enough funds, post the signed address where you hold it?

I've seen several thousand new projects planned to be bigger than Bitcoin, but that doesn't seem to have happened. nothing against you, but it seems extremely frivolous such an announcement.
