It sounds like a petition to get unbanned. I could be wrong, thats just what I get out of it. Also I'm not sure I understand the part about behaving are you meaning he promises to behave in future? Or he promised in past and broke it?

But if you look at just first page of his last posts: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/blindmayorbitcorn-343629 You will see way to many meme's. There is no way he thought that was ok to post like that.

As the author of the above mentioned OP I can tell you it isn't an appeal. (But you're right it kind of reads like one in retrospect. My bad. Again.) I've been banned for 14 days. I accept that.

I was warned not to quote troll posts, then I did. So I apologized. No big woop.
