thanks - they did mange to get me back running at 7:30 last night and told me I would be reimbursed for missed mining time

will somebody PLEASE help get my machine back up and running.

I have placed two phone calls - contacted Josh three times by PM, sent four emails to your tech support people and my machine has been down for going on 36 hours now.

Josh I do appreciate the response via PM late yesterday afternoon, but nothing has happened.

I mean - what good is a mining computer if it isn't mining.

will someone please get my machine back up and running - PLEASE???
