Its by design that plebs are using anarchy in place of "chaos".  OP incorrectly uses the term in the same way it is often stated in mainstream movies and media.  Chaos is actually what happens when government is too big.  As baddecker has stated, bitcoin is the currency of anarchy.

Anarchy doesn't mean no government. Anarchy really means localized government. Anarchy means decentralization... same as Bitcoin.

Let's say there was anarchy in the united states, there was a civil war, the government collapsed, chaos ensued.  There was also no laws, no rules, no government and no central bank.  Although there is still us dollar there is nothing safe or stable about it.

Do you think bitcoin would do well in anarchy?
I am really sorry what are you talking about. Do you say us to assume it? where you can see anarchy in the US? If you are saying to assume it then it will be another fact. However, Bitcoin is not a weapon it's a digital currency, so the weapon could be limited but not currency, especially Bitcoin.

bitcoin would only create miner dynasties.

it wouldnt help fighting anarchy itself, the loss in structuralisation then would help in the long term the return of metal currencies or paper currencies.

so no bitcoin would die in anarchy sooner or later and get replaced

additionaly you have to understand that an anarchic society isnt globalist anymore its not consuming local media, so why should it use internet or care about internetcurrencies they will return to a medieval kingdom of sorts.

Agreed. Bitcoin would not be better off in a world full of chaos and lawlessness. Bitcoin is not yet stable and well accepted enough to be a currency for worldwide adoption.
