It was unfortunate the leak ever happened in the first place, but we should all just keep watch for these zombie accounts and report them as soon as any suspicious activity is reported to here. A thread should really be made just for these specific accounts, but just being wary is the best prevention. Scroll through their posts, ask for a signed message when dealing with them. Doing all the required steps for security will work 99% of the time, as long as you're doing all of the things you should be doing. Always use escrow.

Exactly. Accounts that haven't changed their passwords since the hacks remain at highest risk.

Maybe they are all hacked accounts. It is very fishy, those accounts suddenly be back due to bitcoin pump? Maybe they sold btc sub 100 usd many years ago.

When I got the warning email about the hack, I didn't change my password, as it's strong enough to withstand brute force for eternity. I did change it today, after al the warnings about hacked accounts.

Uh no. theymos isn't omnipotent, he doesn't keep track of all DT users' activity and an IP change after 3 years of inactivity is not unusual. Tho I do agree that the negative feedback might have valid reason behind it.

Like he said I'm sure it's an alt of someone that got the bad end of the stick by one of your netflix deals. I know a few members that have alt DT accounts that they don't use other than for purposes like that. Try contacting the guy that claims you scammed him and resolve it and I am sure he will remove his feedback.
