I will need to see what is wrong with my blockchain wallet I had fees set pretty high.

Low fee, ~54 satoshis/byte. The current recommended fee is ~100 satoshis/byte. Your fee should have been about double what you have here.
You can try contacting macbook-air or quickseller. Both of them are known to have helped "stuck" transactions confirm.

THIS WAS for a R4 miner hopefully it unsticks.
